Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on used or opened items for health and safety reasons.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Send an email to hello@ojaiessentials.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged item.
  • We will gladly replace the item or issue a store credit.

Final Sale Items

  • Custom, private label, and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds & Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
